The Association of Philippine Orthodontists held its 4th General Meeting and Scientific Seminar on January 15, 2025 with the theme “ORTHODONTICS - ESTHETIC DENTISTRY: Marriage For The Perfect Smile” at Marco Polo Hotel, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
In the first part of the lecture, our very own Dr. Aaron Neal Lu presented the characteristic features of an esthetic smile followed by a detailed discussion on how collaboration between esthetic dentists and orthodontists works in establishing an esthetic smile. The seminar wrapped-up with a topic on advancements in esthetic veneer restorations. Dr. Sonny Burias engaged the attendees on esthetic treatment and rehabilitation of anterior teeth through appropriate tooth preparations for direct and indirect veneers and use of new esthetic restorative materials for esthetic restorations..
The very informative seminar is well attended by APO members and Non-APO members /Friends of APO who were awarded 3 CPD points each for their participation.
